Steve is responsible for the integration and ongoing performance of the subsidiary businesses. In addition to this, he oversees the centralised support functions, including: Human Resources, Health & Safety, and Purchasing. Prior to joining CorpAcq, Steve graduated from university with a law degree, and subsequently went on to hold several leadership roles, including Managing Director in multiple family-owned businesses, operating in a variety of sectors.

Steve joined CorpAcq as Group Operations Manager in 2012, and was appointed Chief Operating Officer in 2016.
